I recently stayed at a great hotel in Bangkok for 3 nights. The hotel is just a few minutes away from the BTS and MRT stations, making it convenient to visit big malls and take river cruises. The rooms on the higher floors provided stunning views and minimized street noise. The prompt service and attention from the manager and staff were outstanding, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. Additionally, the well-equipped gym and proximity to Lumpini Park allowed for relaxation and outdoor activities.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Very good location near the Sky train and the underground in the animated SIlom district and close to Lumpini Park. Wide breakfast choice, confortable and high standing rooms, with nice city view (the hotel is situated between the 21st and 30th floor of a skyscraper).

The hotel was conveniently located near the public transportation stations, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, spacious, and had a big bathroom. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was satisfying. The staff was generally nice and friendly. The highlight of my stay was the club lounge, which had a relaxing atmosphere and served high-quality milk oolong tea. It was a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring.

The hotel had some small points that could be improved. The interior decor of the room looked a little dated, and the clothes cupboard seemed to be wedged into a corner.

Great hotel in a great location to all the tourist destinations in Bangkok, easy access to the SkyTrain and shopping malls... Hotel is very nice, and hotel staff are exceptional - excellent service and worthy of 5 stars...

We liked the secluded, but still very central location of the hotel. It is near to the sky train, the underground, shopping and dining. And the famous Pat Pong night market is just around the corner.

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. The location was perfect, with Lumpini Park just a short walk away. We also appreciated the convenience of being close to the train station, which made it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The room was spacious and stylish, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, always attentive and ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty dishes, and the view from the rooftop pool was breathtaking.

We found the lounge chair in the room to be uncomfortable.

Its my first time to bkk, had a warm and great welcome by Crown Plaza on the arrival, thank you to Mr Knot, the gro. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, mademour stay very homey. The deluxe room was clean, modern, spacious and very cozy (deluxe one). The staff always strived to perfection to serve us Highly recommended.

We loved everything, The room was great. So comfortable. Pillows and a bed to die for. The servcie was superb. Cannot be faulted. It was my birthday whilst we wer staying there and a cake was sent up to my room. They really knwo how to look after their guests. Great breakfast buffet & cocktail hour.

Great location near shopping and night market. Wonderful buffet breakfast with a wide range of options. The hotel is located near the subway and sky train stations, making it easy to explore the city. The vibrant nightlife in the surrounding areas is a plus.

The superior room is relatively small, especially for a longer stay with multiple suitcases. Late check-out is charged half a day's rate with no complimentary bonus, upgrade, or special offer.

absolutely wonderfull hotel especially due to a marvellous staff, centrally located, very confortable room with nice view, nice open air top roof swimming pool, very good restaurant, and Pacific floor privileges is a must to make the difference! I will come back there next time !

Pleasantly surprised by the experience

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza in Bangkok and was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was quick and seamless. As an IHG member, I even received a small souvenir, which was a nice touch. The room I was assigned, although not a club room, was clean and comfortable. The bed was cozy, there was plenty of space for my belongings, and the bathroom was spacious. I also had the opportunity to enjoy room service, and the fried rice I ordered was delicious. The hotel's location in the Silom district was perfect, with many dining and shopping options within walking distance. The Sala Daeng BTS and Silom MRT stations were also conveniently nearby. I had a fantastic experience at Crowne Plaza in Bangkok and would definitely recommend it to others.

Great staff, especially Pim at the Club lounge was outstanding in helping sort out Thai airline problems.

The service was impeccable and they had room service 24-7

The breakfast served didnt have anything much for the Asians as well as Muslims
